Erryn Jackson

At just 10 years old, Erryn has already established herself as a dedicated dancer, actress, and performer. As a proud member of the founding class of the TMJ School of Dance, she has trained for seven years, earning multiple awards for her exceptional talent, including the prestigious TMJSOD Student of the Year honor.

Her dance training extends beyond TMJSOD, as she has participated in elite programs such as:

​

  • Dance Theatre of Harlem Summer Intensive

  • TBAAL Summer Arts

  • Urban Arts Center Summer Arts Camp

  • The Ailey Experience in Dallas

  • Manhattan Dance Project

  • ​

Erryn’s artistic reach extends beyond dance, as she made her acting debut in DP Demarco’s "Her Lies, His Secrets" at The Black Academy of Arts & Letters. She also stepped into the world of fashion, walking her first professional runway for Demonte Anderson's "Elements of Style" Fashion Show, titled "The Dream."

Her professional stage credits include:

  • Emmy Award-winning "King Concert" at The Black Academy of Arts & Letters

  • "Sleeping Beauty" with Ballet North Texas

  • "Urban Cinderella" at the Urban Arts Center

  • "Lion King Jr." at the Urban Arts Center

​

Outside of her performing arts achievements, Erryn is an exemplary student in both her school and church communities. She received her first Oratorical Award at the age of 4 for her powerful recitation of Langston Hughes’ poetry, showcasing her natural talent for expression and storytelling.

 

With a deep love for performing, Erryn aspires to pursue a professional career as a performing artist, bringing her passion, versatility, and dedication to stages worldwide.
