Self-Care Sundays: Stretch • Strengthen • Restore

Self-Care Sundays is a four-week adult wellness and fitness workshop designed to support whole-body health through intentional movement, mindful strength training, and restorative practices.

 

This intimate, small-group experience invites participants to reconnect with their bodies while building strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Each session begins with guided stretching and mindfulness practices to release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate body awareness. Participants then engage in strength-building exercises rooted in dance techniques that develop core stability, alignment, and total-body control.

 

The workshop concludes with restorative movement and rhythmic flow, allowing the body to reset, recover, and prepare for the week ahead.

Open to all experience levels, Self-Care Sundays is ideal for adults seeking a gentle yet effective approach to wellness, movement longevity, and stress relief.

 

This series offers the perfect reset—nurturing both body and mind through intentional care, movement, and breath.
